ACA is American Canine Association....it is not the register used by reputable beeders.
Heckling you (your word)...is not what I meant. A reputable breeder would not sell a female or male with breeders rights without "knowing" you and don't mean one or two meetings.......An example when I began showing and researched breeders/pedigrees, and bred the type of yorkie I liked. I knew her, since she was a fellow Yorkie Regional Club member. But, after I asked her for a Show Dog.....I didn't get one from her for a year and a half. She put me through the paces.....made me learn everything about showing, grooming, training, breeding, whelping, etc. It gave her enough time to look into my heart and see if I had the welfare of the yorkie breed in my heart and could trust me with her line. I traveled to shows with her, she was/is my mentor.
