Yes absolutely. Might I add that ACA does not require anything to register your pup EXCEPT FOR A CHECK. They do not even require photos of the pup. Do not give these people any more money. Don't make a mistake like i did. I didn't know any better at the time, but now that you (OP) know, please don't do it.
