Another idea is for you to sleep on the floor with her so she can get up and pee on her pad in the middle of the night. That way she can be warm with you and your bed will stay dry.
I would not put a pee pad on your bed, she might get used to that and cont to pee on your bed, pad or not.
Like the others mentioned, your pup is so very young, Snickers was about 4 months before he was potty trained, it does take time.
