is a lot of information on the net about it, I saw a blood hound puppy with this condition sometime ago at my vet. it is so sad.
I never seen a toy dog with it tho.

Oh it wasn't a yorkie who had it, it was cockapoo pups. It is usually caused by a scratch to the tear duct. One of them it went away with eye ointment the other 2 had to be repaired. It is very common in many breeds of dogs. It can be hereditary. it is not painful to the pup or dog, but just looks awful. Bloodhounds, boxers, cockers, bulldogs, and several other breeds are prone to it.
