I would not put anything on it but the antiseptic for now, is raw skin and it would be easy for her to catch an infection, the onesie idea is a very good one. just keep cleaning it at least 4 times a day and let it air, the onesie is fabric and it can keep dust and prevent her from licking and irritating it more,but at the same time it can breathe so it can dry.
