I have actually been in pretty constant contact with her...she is a VERY gifted woman. Wow what an inspiration. She is one of the angels that is helping us get thru this with a positive outlook for Ellie. She sent me Posey's xray- and our cases are almost exact. She did mention the honking sound...and assumed it was from the brace and the face the neck is extended at a sharp angle. I guess I was trying not to bother her so often, as well as see if anyone else on this sight is going thru the trauma of a new puppy with AAI too.
