Thanks. The videos are very helpful! She sounds more like the 3rd video, but not as severe. I actually have two pekinese and she almost sounds like the random "snort and honk" noises they make. Ellie's brace is actually set very tight (was tightened last two). We are trying to avoid total cast replacement yet- as it is so deathly risky. Yet i can tell she has grown since just last week. Perhaps you are right- too tight on the trach. now. Again very helpful
