Yes we are a relatively small town. The lady that run the place was always run down and dirty. I would go in there to look at the dogs and the puppies were usually always sleeping.. Odd? Yeah for the most part, puppies play. They didn't have food and water down on the floor of they were in the show room, they were dirty and smelled really bad. Some days she wouldn't even let you go back there to play with the puppies. The cost for a female puppy ran about 1,800. Males around 900. My friend, hard headed as ..you know what bought one anyways, a female. It got sick with parvo (supposedly had shots and wormings done) she spent over 2,000 trying to get her well and she did, luckily, she kept all the papers that ever came with that dog and we all went to court and they shut them down the next week and the lady is in jail for 3 more years without bond or parole. As my neighbor said "She is better off in jail." And she is, she knows what she did.

Petland can go to...the hot place with gasoline draws as far as I am concerned, I hate them. Always go to a reputable breeder, see all their dogs and where they are raised (inside or outside). How does the mother look? Puppies playing? There are signs of sickness, always keep your eyes open!

I really hope you win your case, that would be wonderful!
