Don't worry! I wanted Romeo's ears to stand so badly I began taping them as soon as I got him. The 2nd time I replaced the tape I created a curve on the outside of his ear. I freaked out too. Then I left them alone because I felt so bad because he hated it so badley and in 2 weeks or so, they popped right up!!! I just massaged them every day, mostly when he was sleeping at night. One morning we woke up and they were just standing. The ears go up and down all throughout the teething process. I'm sure everything will be fine!!! Let us know!!
