I have seen changes in a neighbor's dog (Shiz Tsu) when he got neutered. He wasn't playful at all anymore when he saw my Yorkie. Stupid question, but does the dog know something was done~? He has started looking down there and began to lick, so I had to put on his e-collar again. He's not happy with it. He can't run or jump for 2 weeks, as the Vet said since he needs to heal up down there. That is difficult on both of us
