Yes they are assigned, and it isnt even a case of "a mistake" because i have been parking there for a year and a half allready!!! I'm just so sick of it... i had my notebook all ready and i was writing out a note to put on the car but then i thought about it, HELL NO, this person in the same lexus has done this before and i dont give a sh!t how mad they are that they got their car towed
