This is my first litter and I went to the vet to dock the tails and declaw. I thought since the puppies were so young that it would be fast and clean. I left the puppies back with the vet for 10 mins. and when he called me back, I walk in and there is blood on his hands and on the puppies, and he had stitched up the tails.He gave me no instructions. Is this normal? Are all dockings like this?
