I am so sorry for your loss! I know how you feel, as one of our Yorkies passed earlier this year from a seizure. Three weeks is very soon. It is hard to lose a pet. They are after all just furry kids. If you don't mind me asking, what did she pass away from?
We don't have a date for the surgery yet, as we have to wait for income tax, plus selling some furniture to make sure we have enough. We have a price quote but want extra because we want them to try and bring her back if something happens during the surgery and for any complications that might come up.
