My Gemma is just 3 lbs...when she was spayed the dr pulled out SOME and I was upset he did not pull them all out-the ones in front were double rowed! He insisted they may fall out...she just turned 3 yrs old and recently DID lose her top baby teeth! Crazy huh? But she does have a lot of tarter
