Baby shampoo works for some people, but it dried out my puppy. I have read many good things about BioGroom's Fluffy Puppy and I like the BioGroom silk creme conditioner (available at PetSmart or online). I used John Paul/Paul Mitchell Tearless (available at Petco) when my guy was a pup.
