I just think she was trying to say she wanted a " pet" type price tag and was not looking to spend a couple thousand dollars. I can understand that , while I have money to care for my dog and I have insurance, dogs in my area can cost 2500-3000 for just pet quality , they can be close to 4000 in a pet store. I am not trying to speak for her but I think that was what she was trying to say.
