Default Ok guys I really need your help

Hi all...........I hope someone can help me and give me some advice. I just got a new puppy (girl) (bella) she is so cute, but I have a problem. I also have Louie, my beautiful little 1yr old boy that I have had for almost a year. He is perfect in every way....so sweet, playful but mellow...never gives me an ounce of trouble, he is truely my best friend....But the problem is that since Ive gotten Bella, who is 13 weeks old and completely differant from Louie in that she gets into soooo much mischief. She is so cuddley and sweet when I am holding her but when she is down she chases after Louie and bites him, and just gets into everything.
I actually got her because I figured that she would be great company for Louie and it would be easier for me to leave him home alone when I have to go out ( I NEVER leave him home alone, and figured that I would not feel so bad to if he had her. She is just so differant....He loves to go in the car in his bag.........she cries and wines the whole time. Now Louie seems a little depressed. He seems like he likes to play with her, but he just seems differant and sad . It is breaking my heart and I dont know what to do. Should I bring her back to the Kennel where I got her or stick it out? Someone please help me. Any and all advice is welcome! Thank You
