After drinking some chamomile tea, lay on your bed and start by making a fist and slowly concetrate on hardening every part of your body from your jaw all the way down to your toes. Then when your fully tense, take a deep breath and slowly start relaxing one part of your body at a time. Your body wil be relax and your mind should be focusing on you.
If that dosen't work start reading the Constitution of TX, that should do it.
