As Lil Fu Fu Girl suggested, exercise is the best way to establish a regular pooping schedule. Walks are ideal, but I can relate to that being difficult in this weather.

I don't know of any gravy, but I have used ground up Natural Balance lamb roll. Use just a little bit. For my 8.0 boy, I used less than the size and thickness of a dime. Or you can chop up a green bean and add it to the kibble to entice your little guy to eat.
