Hi ginnyb and Shorty. Welcome to YT. ok, as much as I don't like telling people this, I must tell you so you won't continue saying Shorty is a T-cup and maybe get a rude comment. T-cup dogs are only what some breeders call their runts (about 2 pounds fully grown) so they can sell at a higher price. People who show dogs would cringe at the word T-cup. Your boy is "normal" and your lucky he is since "most" super tiny ones have health issues. I hope I haven't upset you. It isn't my intention.
