If you can find a good clinic locally that takes the certificate and is good, go for it, I have one close to me and they take the certificate, my brother just had his puppy done with the certificate and it was great, they gave us the choice of an extended blood work, extra pain injection before we took him home all for a little extra but with the certificate it was very affordable to get him done.
