I would second the advice on getting obedience training. I have hired a well reputed dog trainer once before and it was well worth my money. Biting can get very serious and if he ventures and bites someone you don't know he could get put down. My Yorkie didn't have problems biting people, but he was very aggressive toward other dogs which was extremely inconvenient while living in a high rise with about 200 other dogs and sharing elevators.
