I should clarify that I'm not including bybs when I say "small breeders." My definition of small breeder is the hobby breeders, the fanciers of the breeds who strive to uphold the standards, the exhibitors. (forgive me if I'm messing up the nomenclature)

I oppose backyard breeders and people who breed their pets (unless they keep the offspring themselves).
