In my opinion exhibitor's are abit more critical on the how and where to dock a tail.....not only don't we want a tail that is too long or too short, we don't want any infection to set it. Each one of our pups is a potential show dog, so we don't want anything to happen to them that could ruin them for the ring.

And please don't take that in the wrong way.....I'm not saying that other breeders that don't breed for the ring don't care or don't know how to do it correctly, it's just we've had to learn a bit more quickly to be more precise......
