if you are in need of one quickly you might try craft stores like joanns, hobby lobby and Michaels. They tend to have bear clothing that will fit. Ive seen shirts but not pajamas. I have pjs on my website and have seen them on lots of others doggie websites but with shipping and all it would take a few days so I dont know how to help you find pjs. I would think that baby pjs wouldnt work, but I could be wrong(no experience there
