Ok Ladies, this is going to sound REALLY lame, but here goes.....
Everyone has an "off switch". You need to find yours and once you do you will be able to effectively turn off and go to sleep when it's time. I would recommend meditation. Then take meditation one step further and teach yourself how to relax. Once you can "relax on command" you will be able to find the OFF switch and simply go to sleep when it's time. The biggest part of this is learning to let go and to let your mind get "quiet". |
