Sassy really needs to be seen by a vet to make sure that there is no other damage. Our little girl, Maci, had something similiar happen a few weeks ago. We took her in just to make sure that there were no hairline fractures, and thank God there weren't. She basically just had some major discomfort from her knee being dislocated. After several weeks of preventing her from doing too much running/jumping, she is back to normal. However, she didn't use that leg for at least a week or so before recovering.

Like others have said, it's one of the responsibilities for owning a pet (especially one so small and fragile as a Yorkie!).
