Because it's probably in the same sick room with all the rest of the sick dogs. Just like Riverside and Hemet. We have no control over it and I am going to hope for the best.
I live in Texas, so there is no more that I can do. I made the call and I will now pray for a good outcome.
Now, if someone in CA wants to go there and save her, that would be wonderful. Not sure they will adopt her out while she is ill, but maybe if someone begged and offered to take her to a vet immediately. Here in TX the shelters release the sick ones to rescue.
