What on Earth give you that indication? To the best of my knowledge, YTCA has made no mention of changing the American standard" anytime soon.
Maybe that is what YOU would like to see happen as a result of a ban on docking, and there may be some in favor of it...but that does NOT mean the "American standard is in the process of changing."
