We use an outside shipping company to
ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

To the OP, just so you understand USDA puppies usually means someone doesn't give a poop about the dogs and is just breeding to make $$$. Health could be a concern as it is doubted they have done any tests with the parents and just do what they are required bylaw with the puppy. There are a number of good breeders who would sell you a good puppy for about the same price and be there if you need them.
