~take off the collar, to catch
~no toys, that can be damages, or that he can choke on
~no wires, to get tangle in, or pull something down
~etc...
Make a bed time routine, his grooming, snack, walk, massage, bedtime story, lol, whatever you want...
Put in ear plugs and go to bed!
There are people who will disagree... | This is the method that dog trainer Victoria S. used in an episode of "It's Me or the Dog." She was in Scotland to straighten out a spoiled Yorkie who was forcing the husband to sleep in a guest bed.
Victoria put a baby gate at the door to the master bedroom and made the Yorkie sleep in a bed on the other side of the gate. The Yorkie barked in complaint most of the first night. |
