The pictures and your description sound a lot like my Charlie. He is about 5.5 pounds too. He grew a lot really quickly when he was about 6 or 7 months, but it seemed like his legs outgrew his little body. His back wasn't flat for a while because it his legs were twice as long as his body! His little body did catch up though and now he has a perfectly flat back. I wish I had a good picture of that to post for you (I'll look).
