The only thing Buster humps is Maggie, right before we leave the house to go walk AFTER she has her harness and leash on. No other time. Don't know what it is about the harness and leash but he jumps right up there when she has it on. I can't say that I have seen his "lipstick" come out, but then I'm not looking for it.
