Question Could it be her food?

Daisy is almost 6 years old and she is a jackrussell poodle mix. She was on healthy weight wellness for a while due to being over weight. I went to my local store and they were out of this one and the guy told me that since she was on healthy weight and she was almost 6 I could put her on the senior wellness bc it was the same thing.
Well.........She poops 7 times a day! She never did before, probably 2-3 times a day but NEVER 7 times and she ocasionally throws up if I feed her cooked vegetables and she never did that before. I was wondering that maybe there is too much fiber in the senior dog food for her.
I hope it is nothing else. She acts the same and her stools are normal as far as texture. Does anyone know if it could be her food, or does anyone know what would make a dog do this. The only thing I have changed is her food.
