I have a senior Maltese that won't eat out of a bowl or plate. I have to put her kibble on a piece of waxed paper. Sometimes she just looks at it like she wants to eat it, but just won't do it, and she looks at me and begs for me to do something to "fix it," and won't eat it while the waxed paper/kibble is on the floor. I then move the paper/food to the sofa, and she will eat it.
Whatever it takes to get her to eat -- she is such a picky, light eater -- I just want to get her to eat SOMETHING.
I am so glad that my Yorkie pup is a good eater. I don't know what I would do with two picky ones.
