To repeat what was said above. Your momma dog, Diva, should be with her 1 weeks old babies 24 hours a day. She will only leave them to eat and use the bathroom. Taking her away from them will stress her and is harmful to the puppies. There is NO WAY to overfeed 1 week old puppies that are nursing from their mother. Underfeeding them will not keep them small or make them weigh less as an adult. Adult weights are determined by genetics. PLEASE put momma with her puppies!
