is the dog on prednisone? for allergies? If so i would recommend temarilp as less side effects than prednisone as my dog has been on both and she looked like a pot belly pig on steroids and gained alot of wait. She has been on temarilp with no side effects and good blood work
The paws are a tough thing - some people do vinegar and water rinses on paws
what shampoo is vet recommending? assuming ketoconazole shampoo as that is an antifungal.
to keep yeast down in body i would recommend probiotics and coconut oil as coconut is a natural antifungal and antibacterial.
what food is dog eating as could be getting this from licking paws alot as well.
There is a good site on yeast nzymes.com
Nzymes - Nutritional supplements for pets and people
check it out as a client of mine had good success with this
