The reason why it's being flagged/reported. Is because in that area of Craigslist you are only allowed to ask for a small adoption fee. I believe the fee is under $200. Anything over that is considered a sale and that is not allowed. If she had to bottle feed those chihuahuas since they were 2 weeks old then it is possible that she got a vet bill up to $1,000 like she mentions in the ad. I'm just saying you do get bad and good people dealing in craigslist. There have been people that try to rehome dogs and are very, very picky to where they go to.
