Can you try to engage her with toy? Maybe you can play with her to distract her attention? Or if you're driving maybe other can help?
Sugar has car sick, but not very serious one...whenever I drive, I put her on leash and she sat still on my laps, she's good this way..I'm sorry to hear it doesn't help in your case
