it was so funny; my lulu is unafraid of nothing! i'm afraid one day lulu will not get a boyfriend!!!!!

my friend bought her west highland terrier (1.5 years old); he's a big white dog. 3x taller and bigger. lulu just jumped toward him (i had her leashed w/harness though) and he ran!!!!! she was barking and barking after him.

the thing is lulu gets so excited when seeing other people/animals. if the other animal does not make contact with my lulu and starts backing away; lulu takes this as a big offense and barks & chases until you accept her

anything to help this situation? make her less agressive? thanks! i'm afraid she will not get a "boyfriend!"
