I just want to thank everyone for the kind words of encouragement. My heart is still breaking but hopefully it will get better as time goes by. Just to let everyone know if your ever faced with having to let your little ones go please get your vet to place a IV catheter in your baby to give the medication through. My vet used a syringe and because Heidi's little veins were so fragile they kept blowing and it took three attemps for her little heart to stop beating. I was holding her and that was just about unbearable. I had my darling little girl cremated and she is wrapped up in her favorite blanket and she is with me all of the time, but I miss her so much.
