Yeah, most of the time the I.D. tags are enough, most people are honest and would return the dog. I've always been worried about if you have to
prove the dog was yours. I think I saw some Lassie movie as a child, and they were in a courtroom, two people both claiming the dog was theirs. That movie must have really impacted me! Would Joey run up to me, or would he run up to the thief, who had a bullystick in his pocket?
