Thanks everyone. Fredo had a lower UTI that has since cleared up. He is still recovering from his ACL surgery, but we have graduated to being able to go on short walks and is allowed out of the pack and play as long as he is on a leash--no free roaming. Our next appointment is on 2-17-10 and he is supposed to be released.
I have been very lucky with the surgery and recovery as he does not mind being in the pack and play at all. He is content just hanging out and munching on his bully sticks.
