I really hope a rescue can get him. I really want to pick him up. I can afford his adoption fee, but I wouldn't be able to afford care for his cataract, surgery right? The allergy doesn't sound too bad though. I'm so sad for him. Who knows how long he's been on the streets. I'll post this in the CA forum too, maybe someone else can pick him up.
