The worst though is if she poops first; then it's impossible to get a pee out of her, even though I know she needs to!!!

In the morning, if i take my Maddie out she always pees and poops first thing. But if she poops first, she looks at me all proud of herself, "see, I did it. I'm done. I'm a good girl". I have to pick her up, take her in the house, then take her back outside so we can start the process over again and let her pee. I use an x-pen to put her in for pottying so she doesn't get as distracted.

On a side note.... does anyone happen to know exactly what a blade of grass must smell like before it is deemed worthy enought for a Yorkie to poop upon it? My Maddie will be circling, sniffing, pacing, sniffing with poop just about to fall out of her furbutt and still looking for the perfect blade of grass......
