Embarassed "Stone" in yorkie's (Crimson) urethra!

My 4/yo yorkie was diagnosed yesterday with a stone in his urethra! he had a stone in his bladder 2 years ago but this one is sitting at the base of his penis in his urethra. It is not blocking his urine now. We went to get his teeth cleaned and they do blood work and I ask that they check his urine because I was scared he might have another one! The vet put him on an antibiotic Clavamox for a week and then recheck- He says he does not think he can pass it 30% maybe but not likely. So he hopes with antibiotic that inflammation can be reduced and they can flush the stone into the bladder and remove if not will have to remove from the urethra! I am scared because last time he has some bleeding and had to go back the next day! Just would like some information from anyone else who has had such situations- Thanks for reading
