I'm thinking it would be best to have Frisco's ears cut off since they are incorrigibly floppy. I think if I used a good kitchen knife or scissors, I could shape them so that the remaining parts will stand up like a perky show dog's should. Seriously, he looks like Dumbo.

Has anyone tried this? Any tips? What do you use, general anaesthetic or local?
