Sounds familiar. Sophie sometimes wakes up during the wee hours in our bed when she hears deer outside our bedroom window or when the neighbor leaves for work. Normally we can gently scold her and tell her to lay back down and that works. Maybe they are sleeping too much during the day or need more exercise and just aren't that tired in the early hours.
