my dachshunds, like to bark at the squirrls outside, when they do this I used a can of coins and shook it, it catches their attention and then I tell them no ... I also watch Dog Whisperer and he says that barking is b/c they need more excersise to drain their energy...that its built up energy ... as for nipping at that men... well I think that he is jealous and is trying to claim his space...lol... he just doesnt like guys... hope you get better advice... good luck, your little guy is so cute!
