Thank you so much for your replies!! In answer to your question dwerten, it was his left front leg. To be honest what truly worried me was that when i felt along his leg, it just felt so limp; the first thing i thought of was his patella
the sound of pain he made was just heart wrenching, that's the only way to describe it. i'm keeping a close eye on him now. he's still wagging his little stub at me, so that's something. he just can't seem to put pressure on it. when he tries to walk somewhat quickly he just kinda falls forward on that leg, if that makes sense. i'm hoping that some rest will help him to feel better. Still worried but you all made me feel lots better. I really appreciate the advice!
